He advises corporate and law firm legal teams on managing electronically stored information (ESI), including custodian interviews, data mapping, defensible collection methods, and litigation readiness planning. Justin’s extensive experience includes leadership roles with in-house and outside counsel, and he has presented numerous training seminars on eDiscovery, including ethics in ESI. He holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of San Francisco.

John A. Wieder, Esq.
Chief Operating Officer
John A. Wieder, Esq., is the Chief Operating Officer at Harbor Litigation with more than 32 years of legal experience. Admitted to practice in New York and Federal District Court, Southern District of New York, John holds a Certified e-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) certification and founded Lincoln Discovery Services in 2017 to provide litigation support services. At Harbor, he pioneered the “Smart Review” concept, combining skilled attorney review teams with advanced analytics and AI to improve review outcomes and reduce costs. John’s responsibilities as COO focus on ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the company. He holds a J.D. from Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a B.A. from Fairfield University.

Brittany Gloyd Director, Client Services
Brittany is a seasoned e-discovery professional and senior-level paralegal, currently serving as an Associate Director of Client Services. Brittany is experienced in utilizing a variety of e-discovery software offerings, document review platforms, and AI integrations, including Relativity, Brainspace, and Reveal. She is a Relativity Master, (Relativity Certified Administrator, Analytics Specialist, Review Management Specialist, Project Management Specialist, and Data Management Specialist), Milyli Blackout Certified, and Reveal-Brainspace Certified: Analyst, Specialist, Admin, and AI Model Building. Brittany also holds over 15 years of experience in business development, project management, program management, marketing, and client relations. As a former business owner with a background in the performing arts, specifically dance and music, she has seen great success in using her distinctive approach to business concepts and problem-solving. Brittany’s unique perspective allows for an innovative style in creating solutions from the ground up.

Addison Bradley Forensics Manager
Addison Bradley is the Manager of Digital Forensics, bringing with him five plus years of legal technology and client services to Harbor Litigation, with a dedication for proper forensic protocols and customer satisfaction. Addison specializes in assisting and advising customers with defensible forensic data management, including preservation, collection, verification, documentation, processing, analysis, and remediation. He has coordinated and managed several high-profile cases ranging from high profile security threats to major IP litigations, often working with teams across the globe. From the initial scoping interview to the final production and asset return, Addison brings his extensive knowledge and continuing research of forensic tools and different data sources to find efficient and optimized means of providing support to the client’s needs. Addison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus in Digital Forensics from Eastern Kentucky University. He is a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) and Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) as well as a presenter at conferences including Techno Security Conference.
