Kevin Patterson

CEO

Kevin Patterson advises both corporate and law firm clients on issues involving electronically stored information (ESI), including defensible collection methodologies, processing and review workflows, and litigation contingency and readiness planning.

​Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in the litigation support industry, including leadership roles with in-house and outside counsel, and national eDiscovery service providers. He has presented numerous training seminars and MCLE courses on ESI subjects, including the FRCP, ESI workflows, and data preservation. He has also authored published articles on discovery-related topics.

​Kevin has been involved in some of the largest litigation matters in the country. He’s led support teams in class action securities litigation, DA and AG investigations, bankruptcy litigation, SEC investigations, M&As, HSR 2nd requests, class action toxic tort litigation, patent infringement, and white collar criminal matters.

​He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

Ericka Morrison

Director of Client Services

Ericka leads the team in providing expert support to our clients. Her team provides training to all our clients as well as supporting them in the use of Analytics.

During her career, Ericka has worked closely with attorneys, paralegals and project managers on all phases of the EDRM. Ericka’s areas of expertise include data preparation, processing, production and workflows. She has a wide range of experience with legal software platforms and is an expert in Relativity, Concordance, IPro Tech and LAW Pre-Discovery.

Ericka is a graduate of Devry Technical Institute of Technology (B.S. in Computer Information Systems) and the Keller Graduate School of Management (M.S. in Information Systems Management). Prior to joining Harbor, Ericka worked in-house at Kilpatrick Townsend after having worked with multiple global litigation support software vendors.

Ericka’s certifications and technical skills include Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance, IPRO, Law 5.0 Pre-Discovery and West Case Notebook.

Oliver Solis

VP Business Development

Oliver is the Vice President of Business Development at Harbor.

He is an experienced eDiscovery solutions consultant and a dedicated client advocate who has been consulting – for the last decade – with Attorneys, Litigation Support Personnel and Paralegals on best practices and defensible, efficient and cost-effective methods of managing their eDiscovery projects.

​His drive for excellence in customer support and his extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of the EDRM processes set him apart in the industry, allowing him to consistently be engaged to work on high profile and complex cases with his client base across the country.

Oliver is also frequently engaged by clients to assist with internal education – delivering CLEs and lunch-and-learn sessions regarding eDiscovery issues.

As one of the original team members at Harbor, he has been leading the way in employing technology to provide cutting-edge, efficient and cost-effective eDiscovery solutions to control and lower eDiscovery costs while employing best practices and defensible methods to mitigate risk.

Justin Myers

VP Technology and Information Governance

Justin advises legal teams–both corporate and law firms–on issues involving electronically stored information (ESI), including custodian interviews, data mapping, defensible collection methodologies, the use of legal technology, review workflows, litigation contingency and readiness planning.

Justin has more than 18 years of experience in the litigation support industry, including leadership roles with in-house and outside counsel. He has presented numerous training seminars and MCLE courses on ESI subjects, including ethics in eDiscovery.

Justin has also been involved in some of the most notable cases dealing with discovery issues. In addition to cases with complex discovery issues, Justin has managed discovery in large scale litigation for a number of clients.

He holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of San Francisco.

Andrew Woodson

Director of Project Management

With over 19 years in the legal industry, Andrew has extensive experience in project management, litigation support, eDiscovery and legal technology. He has managed more than 500 hard copy and ESI projects. He has worked with clients reporting from some of the nation’s largest companies and law firms, representing a variety of industries including: transportation, energy, banking and action sports.

Andrew has years of experience serving as a single point-of-contact for clients. His expertise includes the development and documentation of standard project specifications, ESI processing protocols, coding manuals, and project status reporting.

Andrew coordinates all project-related processing activity, including eDiscovery, imaging, OCR, coding, web-hosting, and the review of deliverables to ensure that clients receive data in the desired format, according to schedule, and within budget. He leverages his experience and expertise in managing “Big Data” litigation matters to develop standards and processes that help ensure Harbor continues to provide the best level of service to its clients.

John Wieder

Director of Managed Review

John Wieder is an attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the practice of law. He has worked advising clients in various fields of law including real estate, banking, eDiscovery and civil litigation.

As Director of Managed Review for Harbor, John uses his extensive experience to build and manage specialized teams to assist our corporate and law firm clients with attorney review.

They work closely with clients and treat each engagement as a consultative project. Their goal is to help clients establish standards for accuracy, productivity, and timeliness. Focused on excellence and committed to precision and efficiency, they provide day-to-day coordination between clients and the review team. They handle reports on metrics and review protocols, making the team 100% available and accountable.

John holds a J.D. from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace Universityin White Plains,NY.

Richard A. Abraham – EnCe – CCME

Director of Digital Forensics

Richard is a Computer Forensics Examiner with over 11 years of experience in Digital Forensics and eDiscovery. He has extensive experience providing valuable forensic and investigative solutions in corporate intellectual property theft, worker’s disability, complex legal investigations and criminal matters.

Richard is skilled in collecting, analyzing and reporting data from a variety of media and file systems, including mobile devices, cloud platforms, social media and websites in support of civil and criminal cases. Richard has led several large-scale onsite and remote acquisitions from a multitude of data sources, lasting several weeks in duration. He has directed and worked on forensic analysis projects, interpreting the results for a non-technical audience.

Richard has written several forensic reports, affidavits and declarations used in courts throughout the United States and has testified as a forensic expert. Richard has obtained a T4 level security clearance from the Department of Justice.

Richard graduated magna cum laude from Champlain College with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Forensics and Digital Investigations. Additional certifications include EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE); Cellebrite Certified Mobile Examiner (CCME); X1 Discovery (X1SE); AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE); iCONNECT XERA Certified Administrator.
